Contact the Resource & Referral Center for tips on responsible pet guardianship, free advice and resources regarding pet behavior issues, and referrals to local community resources for dog training, feral cat management, breed rescue and other issues. Please call 925.256.1ARF (925.256.1273) or submit an inquiry to the resource center volunteers.

If an animal has a medical emergency, please do not email ARF. Call your local veterinarian for immediate assistance. Most communities have an emergency vet clinic, please consult a phone book.
