Robin's Great Recovery
For those of us who are passionate about animals, there are few things as horrifying as the idea of a pet being shot with a gun. Unfortunately, that's what Robin experienced at less than a year old. Update Regarding COVID-19 and ARF
We’re in the business of saving lives — protecting the welfare of animals and people. Our rescue team’s efforts to alleviate overcrowding and reduce euthanasia at public shelters are still at full capacity. We continue to make multiple visits each week to public shelters. Adoptions, dog training classes, activities for small groups, and scheduled veterinary appointments remain on track, but may be adjusted if needed.
Check our website for program-specific updates or to meet some of our adorable animals looking for homes.

Wanted: Dog/Puppy Fosters with Big Hearts
Did you know more than 50% of ARF animals spend time in a volunteer foster home before adoption? As we grow, rescuing more animals and saving more lives, our need for loving, temporary fosters grows as well — especially for dogs and puppies!
Foster volunteering is a fun way for you and your family to care for a pet without the long-term commitment of adoption. From food to crates, we provide everything … all you need is space in your home and time to give. Online foster orientation webinars are held twice a month, so it's never been easier! What are you waiting for?
