Laughter, yips, and barks can be heard throughout Broadway Plaza as the enthusiastic crowd gathers at the starting line. Spay it Forward
Every spring, a huge influx of newborn kittens and puppies flood already-overwhelmed public animal shelters. The heartbreaking animal overpopulation crisis has a simple solution: make it a priority to spay or neuter your pet. Altered pets are healthier and won't add to the number of unwanted animals. In an effort to make spay/neuter surgeries more accessible, ARF's Clinic offers ongoing affordable spay/neuter services as well as free pet fix days. Make an appointment at 925.296.3125, or sponsor a free pet fix day to help end the cycle.

Out with the Old, In with the Mew
Open the windows and clear out the clutter, it’s time for spring cleaning! The ARF Thrift Store is the perfect place to donate your used goods. All proceeds from the Thrift Store support the ARF Emergency Medical Fund®, which provides veterinary care through our clinic for companion animals of low-income Contra Costa County residents. Not only will your home be clean and bright, but your gently used treasures will help keep animals at home with their families.
